Talent swipe through casting calls, producers post roles and discover talent, and when both sides like each other a match opens a direct chat.

Anyone in the industry: talent (performers of any category), producers and casting directors, talent agencies and their agents, pet owners with castable animals, and parents managing profiles for minor talents. One account can even hold multiple profiles — for example a talent who is also a parent and a pet owner.

Yes. Creating a profile, building your portfolio, swiping through casting calls, matching, and messaging your matches are all free. Producers can post one casting call per month for free. Paid plans add power features like unlimited job posts, the searchable Discover grid, profile analytics, and AI tools.

casTyou is in open beta: everything is live and real — real casting calls, real matches, real people. Members who join during the beta earn a permanent Beta User badge on their profile, and some newer features are available to everyone for free while we tune them.

Talent swipe through a deck of casting calls; producers swipe through candidates for their roles. When both sides say yes, it becomes a match. Our matching engine scores fit across dozens of factors — category, skills, look, location, availability and more — so the deck shows the most relevant options first.

Messaging inside a match is always free and unlimited. Reaching out cold to someone you have not matched with is possible too, using CasTars (our in-app credits) — you send one message and can continue once they reply. This keeps inboxes free of spam.

CasTars are casTyou’s in-app credits. Paid plans include a monthly allowance, and you can buy bundles anytime. Spend them on cold outreach messages, profile boosts, featured job placements, and bounties on hard-to-fill roles.

A direct chat opens where you can talk, share media, and lock in details. Producers can also run the whole audition inside casTyou: structured self-tape castings with questions, deadlines, and review tools — no email chains required.

Photos, videos, and links — organized into folders, marked public or private, and shareable with a single link. Your profile also covers your category, skills, measurements, training, availability and more, so producers can find exactly what they need.

Yes. One account can hold multiple talent profiles — useful for performers with distinct identities (say, an actor persona and a music persona) — and you can also add a pet-owner or parent profile alongside them.

casTyou offers identity verification with a quick selfie check against your profile photos. Verified members get a badge that producers can trust when shortlisting.

The job wizard walks you through it in minutes — simple single-role calls or structured multi-role projects, with audition, rehearsal and shoot dates, drafts with autosave, and an AI-generated flyer ready to share on social media. Your first post each month is free.

Yes. Producers can create or join production companies with team roles (owner, admin, editor, collaborator). Jobs can be attributed to the company, applications land in a shared inbox, and the whole team works from the same pipeline.

An agency is a verified company page with an unlimited talent roster — free on every plan. Agents pitch roster talent to casting calls, organize them into folders, and manage a shared firm inbox. The Agency plan adds job browsing, search, and interest super-likes on behalf of the roster.

Public submission forms you can share anywhere — even with people who are not on casTyou yet. Candidates submit without creating an account, casTyou members get their profile pre-filled, and every submission lands in one organized review queue.

Absolutely. Producers post dedicated pet casting calls, and pet owners build profiles for their animals — species, breed, experience, photos and video — then swipe, match, and chat just like talent do.

Parents create and fully manage profiles for their children. Kids appear only in casting calls explicitly open to minors, all communication goes through the parent, and when a child turns 18 the profile can be handed over to them.

Yes. Plans are monthly with no lock-in — cancel anytime and you keep your paid features until the end of the billing period. Your profile, portfolio, and matches stay intact on the free tier.

Yes. You can request a full export of your data as a download, and delete your account from settings. Deletion has a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind, after which your personal data is removed.
